The demo is online or on site and is aimed at timetablers, the principal and the administration, so feel free to bring all three.
Try with a pilot school
If you use Vklass, the base data is in place. Otherwise we load your data through the open API or a file export. You build a real timetable and evaluate at your own pace.
If you want more support, we offer training in Vklass schema and can help you build the school's timetable based on your circumstances and wishes. Read more about our services.
You see your own timetable before you decide
We load your existing timetable and build a shadow timetable for the next school year. You compare for yourselves, while your current system keeps running untouched.
We set the criteria together in advance: time to the first publishable timetable, number of conflicts, manual adjustments and teaching-time plan fulfillment. The result becomes your decision basis. Read more about the switching journey.
